Our Pilates Circuit classes utilize the reformer, tower, EXO chair, jump board and other equipment to boost your cardiovascular endurance and challenge your overall strength. Pilates Circuit is a type of “interval training,” meaning it combines cardio elements that make you sweat with resistance training to build lean muscles. The best part about interval training?
