Our virtual Cardio Blast class incorporates cardio and strength training segments, increasing the overall intensity of the class. This class targets all muscle groups using props (ie -dumbbells, gliders, a Pilates ball, flex bands, stability ball), and is intended to be done at a moderate to high intensity level.
