Our virtual Basic Barre fitness class is a workout inspired by the elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates that focuses on low impact, high intensity movements. Every class is a full-body workout with a variety of exercises performed at a slow pace aiming to build strength, flexibility and increased muscle definition. Light dumbbells, a flex band and a sturdy chair may be required. No previous barre or dance experience is required.
