Our Pilates mat classes focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Exercises are presented at multiple levels which allow students to work at a beginning, intermediate, or an advanced level. Various props (flex bands, foam rollers, rings, light weights, and balls) are incorporated to enhance and intensify the workout. No previous Pilates experience is necessary.
