Our Pilates Circuit classes utilize the reformer, tower, EXO chair, jump board and other equipment to boost your cardiovascular endurance and challenge your overall strength. Pilates Circuit is a type of “interval training,” meaning it combines cardio elements that make you sweat with resistance training to build lean muscles. The best part about interval training? You’ll continue to burn calories throughout your day even after your workout is done!
